I take my dog to Bark for grooming and teeth cleaning. He absolutely loves going there and gets really excited when we drive into the car park. His reaction tells me everything I need to know - he clearly loves the staff and they greet him with affection. I couldn’t even think of going anywhere else!

Honestly the best hair salon experience I’ve had. Nita took time to explain the steps of the treatment and had so much patience to answer all my questions. I left feeling more confident in how to properly look after my hair. The salon is welcoming and calm. I felt so relaxed in Nita’s loving hands and fully trust her with my hair. Clinic is lovely and very clean. Service was very professional and Jo is very welcoming and puts you at ease. Treatment was pain free, I had broken veins removed. I will deffinately use the clinic again.

Mya looks after me at the Aesthetic Company in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield. She is friendly, enthusiastic and excellent at what she does. She has managed to get rid of the red spider veins on my cheeks and around my nose which were making me unhappy about the condition of my skin. I now don’t need to put foundation on my face every day, which I always did, to disguise the red spider veins. I am absolutely delighted and thrilled that I can now go out without my usual make up thanks to feeling happy and confident with my skin. Thanks Mya, you’re a star!

I can not recommend Marie and Lena enough, I am always treated with such kindness and professionalism. The treatments I've been having have been just as I had hoped, and always leave there feeling better in every way. Thank you 😊

Every time I visit, I’m reminded of what excellent hair care looks like in my community. Over the years, I’ve been to some decent salons and quite a few bad ones, but The One Couture experience ticks all my boxes. The staff are warm and welcoming, and my hair and scalp are always treated with genuine knowledge and skill. This is clearly more than just a business, they truly care about your hair AND about you!

I today had a second appointment with Mya to laser and clear some red spider veins on my chin, cheeks and nose and she does a fantastic job. She's lovely, friendly and professional and has, as far as I can see, got rid of the majority of spider veins in the areas of my face that were bothering me. Amazing experience with microneedling, my skin looks amazing and it helps me so much with improving the texture of my skin. My first experience with professional teeth whitening and my teeth have never looked whiter! Sooo much better than using whitening strips, they look the perfect shade.

Excellent customer service and our dog’s groomer (teeth cleaning) was really friendly and informative. We will rebook in a month’s time to see if Buzz’s back teeth can be treated to loosen the stubborn plaque. Thank you xxxx
