She was really friendly, explained everything as she went, and made me feel so comfortable. I’m honestly so happy with how my lashes and brows turned out – they look amazing! Honestly the best hair salon experience I’ve had. Nita took time to explain the steps of the treatment and had so much patience to answer all my questions. I left feeling more confident in how to properly look after my hair. The salon is welcoming and calm. I felt so relaxed in Nita’s loving hands and fully trust her with my hair. Every time I visit, I’m reminded of what excellent hair care looks like in my community. Over the years, I’ve been to some decent salons and quite a few bad ones, but The One Couture experience ticks all my boxes. The staff are warm and welcoming, and my hair and scalp are always treated with genuine knowledge and skill. This is clearly more than just a business, they truly care about your hair AND about you!

This was my first appointment with Nita as she was recommended by my other hairstylist Shida. Nita made me feel welcome and put me at ease. She asked me lots of questions about my hair and explained the process she was going to take. I am very happy with the result and my hair feels refreshed. I will definitely be booking another treatment. 😊

Everything i asked for & more!! Leah did both my teeth whitening and brow lamination and I’m so happy with the results.
