Gemma put me at ease within minutes of meeting her. Very professional. Explained my lip blush procedure step by step. It was pain free and my aftercare instructions were clear and took the aftercare products home. I have booked in for my top up in a few weeks and now I’m eager to see the final results once my lips have settled. If you’re nervous or have doubts don’t just do it. My treatment was a birthday gift from my children so a big thankyou to them too .

As someone who has never had anything like this done before and is particularly nervous for anything involving a needle or blade - Gemma was amazing. Even looking for pics to see how I normally wear my brows to make sure she makes them individually perfect for me. Sophie was great, we had plenty of contact before I had my tattoo In terms of the design I wanted, size etc On the day as I was really nervous, Sophie put me at ease with her professionalism. Throughout the time I was there, she was very accommodating in me stopping for breaks and more numbing cream. My tattoo is a piece of art on my arm and if you are wanting the same then I highly recommend Shadow Bloom Studio. Sophie is the best! 🩷

Easy to make an appointment. Cayci did a great job on my eyebrows with a simple wax and tint. I also had a manicure as my nails had broken and chipped and wanted to start fresh. This was my first appointment and will definitely look at returning on the future

Visited for eyebrow wax and tint, loved them, my eyebrows are quite sparse but came out looking so much fuller and lovely shape love them.

Tattoo’s came out better than i could have expected. Natasha was so gentle too, easiest tattoo’s i’ve had done by far!

Natasha was so lovely and professional.I had a fine line tattoo and she talked me through everything from the start to aftercare. . I didn't feel any pain. I fell asleep at one point. I would highly recommend. 👏
