I have always had an amazing and relaxing experience at this clinic! Each time, I leave with my skin feeling so rejuvenated. Also learnt some exercises and tips on how to relieve the tension on my face, which has greatly helped in reducing the frequency of my headaches. I’ve booked a block of Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage massage with Afshan as after having a baby my ankles remained full of fluid. Each session the difference is incredible and I feel like I am becoming the old me again. Afshan has a wealth of knowledge about the lymphatic system and gives me exercises to do each week to build on the work she has done. I feel cared for, supported and treated as an individual. I can’t recommend Afshan enough.
