Absolutely Outstanding! I’ve been getting facials regularly for 20 years, and this experience with Val was truly exceptional. Everything was top-of-the-line, using premium Medik8 products, and Val’s knowledge and attention to detail were second to none. She made me feel completely cared for throughout the treatment. The results speak for themselves... over the weekend, several friends commented on how amazing my skin looked! I’ve already shared Val’s details with them because I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Val! I’ll definitely be back for round two next month.

I recently had a facial done by May and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, everything felt relaxing, professional, and tailored to my skin’s needs. The treatment was gentle yet effective, and I noticed an immediate difference, my skin felt cleaner, brighter, and incredibly hydrated. The atmosphere was soothing, the products smelled wonderful, and every step was explained clearly so I knew exactly what was happening. I also appreciated the skincare tips given afterward; they were genuinely helpful and not pushy. Overall, it was one of the best facials I’ve had.

Val was amazing at the lift and sculpt facial!! She explained every step and asked me if I wanted to be informed of the products that were being used. I now know what’s gone on and I really enjoyed it! Will be back!!

My facial with Cleo was such a special experience - it really exceeded my expectations of what a facial could be. The lymphatic drainage massage and cupping did wonders for my nervous system, and I left not only looking like I had a new face, but feeling really revitalised and restored. If you want to feel nourishes inside and out, Cleo is your girl.

I had the most incredible facial with Rebecca, truly the hands of an angel. Her technique is unmatched, every movement is intentional, soothing, and tailored to what my skin needs. Also, all the natural products you get to use for the facial, just feels so incredible on the skin.

Val done a hydro facial for me today, she was exceptional - super kind, professional and knew what she was doing. I never do any sort of skincare and I’ve already booked my next appointment. 10/10!

Big facials are in a league of their own! This was my first facial with Cleo and she was absolutely brilliant, using a range of different techniques, tools and products and explaining them all to me afterwards. The treatment room and ambiance in Big is so gorgeous and really adds to the experience. I cannot recommend Cleo and Big facials enough!

Amazing facial with Cleo today - my skin looked and felt amazing afterwards, and I am still glowing. The lymphatic massage felt incredible and really helped to reduce puffiness and sculpt. As well as having magic hands Cleo was so warm - I felt totally at ease throughout (so much so I drifted off multiple times…). Will definitely book again soon.
