Thrilled with my new brows and lashes, Rachel is excellent. Rachel also helped me to rearrange nail appointments for my girls after I'd made an error booking them on line!! It was no trouble, or she certainly didn't let me know that it was. Great customer service which is what brings you back.

Absolutely love the new premises. As always having a treatment is a lovely relaxing experience. My skin is eternally grateful for Johanna’s knowledge and expertise in what she does and advice for post treatment care. Also when asking about other treatments the advice is given with no ‘hard sell.’ Johanna is 100% knowledgeable in her field. And the fact that she was a spinal nurse practitioner instills utter confidence in her abilities. Couldn’t ask for more from an aesthetics practitioner.

I was a bit nervous before my micro needling but Tanya explained everything to me she is very knowledgeable and professional in her work. Tanya is very welcoming and her place is spotless such a lovely girl as well. The aftercare was explained clearly to me which I feel is very important. Katie is amazing! I bought my mum a gift voucher for one of her facials because I go to Katie myself and know how amazing they are. My mum absolutely loved it and said it was so relaxing and luxurious, and her skin felt so fresh and glowing afterwards. Katie is the loveliest person and always makes you feel so welcome. Her salon is beautiful too. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
