I have visited many salons over the years but inevitably end up disappointed after a year or so. I’ve been seeing Dee for at least 8 years now for facials, nails, massages, waxing (but now lasering!) , micro blading and lots more. She is consistently excellent at what she does - professional, reliable and always goes above and beyond. I cannot imagine going anywhere else now. Highly recommended.

Eve is professional, and brilliant at her job. She explains everything so well, and my skin reflects how well she has helped me look after it. Micro needling includes a relaxing mask and head massage. I highly recommend

Beth is amazing, talented and a perfectionist. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. I moved to London now but still travel back to Southampton once a month for my facial with Beth, so that must tell you how fabulous she is! Plus I love our little chats during our facial. Highly recommend

I had my first microneedling treatment at Cydney Cosmetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rhea was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to carry out a detailed initial consultation, answered all my questions, and explained each step of the procedure clearly. Throughout the treatment, she checked in with me and ensured I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Cydney Cosmetics and Rhea!

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

So pleased with the treatment I have had from Louise that I now make a booking every 3 weeks. She relieved the pain with massage and needles when I hurt my back and has helped me improve my posture with exercises. With her advice on vitamin supplements as well, I honestly feel better than I did 10 years ago. At 81 I am now looking forward to being 91, thanks to the excellent treatment received!

Lovely lady who did my nails and eyebrows to perfection

I have a micro needling and hydro facial with Bethany. What a lovely lady she is. I absolutely loved the sessions and it’s nice to have acknowledge and professional is staff knowing exactly what to do and give you very useful tips and information before and after the treatment. Thank you very much. My skin feels much better and I feel amazing.

Louise gave me a back and shoulder massage. My back is not as bent over as it was, and I am really pleased with the results since she started the treatment a few months ago. She has also cured the back pain I originally consulted her about. This has been achieved by a combination of therapies - needling, UV lights and exercises. It is a pleasure to be treated by Louise in a comfortable, modern clinic by someone who is so reassuring and knowledgeable.

Ruta is so talented, have been going to her for my eyebrows for years now. I trust her with a needle to my face any day!
