Attended my regular appointment with Emma today and as always I received top class treatment! She listens to exactly what I ask and enquire about and gives me the most honest and useful advice based on her fantastic clinical knowledge and experience. I always appreciate the wonderful results all staff at definition give me but I mostly appreciate the complete honesty to ensure I get the correct and best treatment for me, and they are not afraid to decline unnecessary treatments for me. Such a lovely experience! I went for my first microneedling session and was so well taken care of. She explained the steps to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Will definitely come back for more treatments!

Leanne was so reassuring and talked me through everything this put me at ease I knew I was in good hands. I am thrilled with the results of my lumi eyes treatment I look like I’ve had 5 years sleep!
