Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

First time visiting Izabella and I couldn’t of felt more welcome and relaxed. Spoke in depth and made a treatment plan customised to my skin concerns and type, and advised on how to maximise the benefits of the facial. I bet verity after seeing her on social media, and went over to the clinic for a consultation, as after some weight loss and age, and just felt my face was not as bright, and when I smiled I just saw “wrinkles” verity explained what happens to aging sagging skin, and suggested fillers and Botox. Well I’m so impressed with my results, and would highly recommend if anyone is considering this route to book to see Verity - I will definitely be going back😌

Such an amazing salon with such lovely staff members . I have been here a few times now after having a bad experience with glam hauls across the road . The massages I get done from tee are amazing my spine was so bad and she managed to fix it so happy and she makes me feel so at ease and comfortable it’s hard to get that elsewhere . I had micro-needling recently done by nahid I was bit anxious but she made my experience so good and done wonders to my skin it’s never looked so good . This is my number one beauty salon to go highly recommend 💕🙌🙌 xx

From bridal makeup trials to pre wedding facials I can not recommend Izabella enough! So professional but also makes you feel so comfortable, relaxed and she’s so lovely.
