I had RF microneedling done with Casi and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. She made the entire experience so comfortable and reassuring from the moment I walked in. Casi was incredibly professional — she explained everything clearly and checked in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was okay. She has such a gentle touch and calming presence, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and her work.
