Everybody in the salon was SO welcoming. The new salon is gorgeous. Jess took time to sit down and discuss what I wanted doing to my hair, and recommended what was best. I was really impressed and can’t wait to go back !

Absolutely fantastic, best experience, service and hospitality, if anyone knows how to appreciate customers and provide a hair salon experience, Carter and Shields are the place for women and men.

Always love going to the salon, all the girls are lovely and welcoming. Jess knew exactly what I wanted and gives the best head massage. Thankyou Jess I love my hair x
