I presented to Carrie-Anne with a Sweeney Todd, F'ed up, butchered hair cut provided by another business. She took the time to listen to me, gave me realistic advice, and reassured me. I left feeling like me again! With every snip I could feel her all was being put in, she wanted me to feel good, not just to quickly get it done. From the moment she opened the door to the time I left, I felt comfortable, there was no forced conversation, no awkward silence, just a natural flow. I'm blown away by her and the cut. Went for a new colour and Kaci was amazing the entire way fully explained to me what my colour was going to look like the maintanace it will need and explained the process of going back to my original colour if this one doesn’t work out❤️Completely transparent about the whole process and absolutely smashed it❤️❤️!! I walked in being nervous because I’m a naturally darker girlie with dark hair but Kaci did an amazing job at transforming my hair and reassured me and checked in with me throughout the appointment. I highly recommend her, and will be returning to her for any touch ups 🥰

Wow what can I say. 14 years ago was my last hair cut which left me so traumatised I didn’t let anyone touch it for all those years! Today Eve worked her insane magic🥹 I’m so so grateful for such a wonderful experience with a wonderful woman who knows exactly what she’s doing. I didn’t have to ask once what she was doing and then results are magical. Never knew after all these years how beautiful my curls actually are. Once again thank you so much! This girl NEVER fails to deliver, I’m the most picky person when it comes to anyone touching my hair, since finding Kacie at LOLO’s I will not go elsewhere. I’ve been all sorts of colours, cuts and just recently had my extensions fitted. Honestly feel amazing whenever I leave the salon, and the chat and gossip is just a bonus, feels like hanging out with one of the girls. Can’t thank or recommend her enough!
