My 7 year old daughter had her first curly cut with Bex. She was calm and friendly and explained every step to me and my daughter which made the experience very relaxed and gave me a good understanding on how to care for my daughter’s hair going forward. My daughter was very anxious prior and came home very happy and asked me how to care for her hair at bedtime and was excited on our trip to boots afterwards to get the products we needed. We were also offered a drink and I would highly recommend this salon. Thank you x

This was my first time visiting Studio 21 and Becki was really great, she put me at ease the minute I walked in! After years of extensions my hair was feeling super thin and flat, with simply no style. Becki went through some realistic and achievable options for me, I didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything I didn't want. I was really nervous about going into a new salon, but Becki made me feel right at home!

Libby was very helpful again, had a quick mock up of how I will wear my clip in extensions for my wedding as I had the tape ones removed. Also, Libby dyed and styled my hair and it looks and feels lovely. She's also given me advice on who to speak to for my next step with my hair after my wedding. Thanks Libby

Libby was very helpful and accommodating, giving me some advice on when to colour my hair in time for my wedding and we discussed my hair extensions for the day.
