My daughter finally got to get her hair split dyed, after waiting a long time (until she finished school). Emma was great, she gave us good advice way ahead of the appointment, talked us both through everything, did the relevant tests and then did a cracking job on the day! My daughter was there for a good few hours, they were so lovely with her and made her safe and welcome. Always a pleasure vising E.L.M 😊

Great. Emma was lovely, chatty and bubbly

Penny as usual killed it. I got extensions for the first time and she was the best at explaining every step to me so I felt good about it and I knew what was happening. Nobody I would trust more with my hair

I am loving my cut and colour. Emma has done a fantastic job. My hair feels lovely and soft. It was a lovely relaxing experience and Emma kept me topped up with Caramel lattes. Thank you Emma! 🙂🙂
