Sophie was absolutely brilliant! Having my hair cut short was a big, nerve wracking decision, and I wasn't the easiest client to explain it to. I wanted it "short, but long!" Somehow, Sophie understood exactly what I meant and cut it perfectly. It turned out even better than I imagined, and I absolutely love it! Whilst also making sure you get the best piercing possible when balancing body anatomy and your preference. She talks you through the process before/during/after and really makes the whole process a safe space for questions, or breaks jf you need it.
