What a wonderful experience at Penarth Scalp Spa! Helen is so knowledgeable about scalp health and it was so interesting to see my scalp health up close as part of the initial analysis before treatment. The essential oils used really made me feel relaxed and Helen explained everything beforehand. I was so relaxed, warm and cosy I could have lay there all day! The hand and arm massage was also a lovely surprise! Thank you so much Helen!

I don’t know her name but I think she’s Spanish/latino. I came in with severely damaged hair and she fixed it with a £20 treatment and cut a few inches off my hair and I’ve never had such healthy hair in years! She recommended me healthy hair tips. Such a kind person too

Mollie did an incredible job on my hair. Safe so say I was embarrassed about walking about with the state it was in before I came in, let alone let a hairdresser see it! She made me feel really glamorous and a huge boost for my self confidence. I felt really comfortable the whole time, she's so polite and very talented!- Showed me how to curl my hair properly and also worked to my specification! Definitely will be returning to this salon for my next treatment :) - best 21st birthday treat ever!

Rachel was lovely, welcoming, and it is highly skill. I had a hair cut, and I am happy with it, as well as my partner. I did a hair colour patch test, and I am going back to get the treatment. In regards to COVID-19, Premises are spotless, clearly signed posted, hand sanitiser available and staff Were wearing mouth mask. Thank you

Had the Keratin Smoothing Treatment today with Kelly. I’ve had this treatment previously with Kelly and it makes such a difference, my hair is smooth shiny and no frizz and is much easier and quicker to style. The Hagrid look is behind me now for a good few months even if you holiday somewhere where it can be humid! 👍🏻

Amazing scalp spa treatment, so relaxing, highly recommend.

I was able to book an appointment on the same day. I was given a cheerful greeting even though all the 3 stylist were busy and their were 5 clients in treatment seats. I was attended within a few minutes of my appointment time and given the full attention of my stylist Bella for the whole of my visit. I am very satisfied with the cut and my hair feels amazing. As always, the service and experience with JC Hair Design was impeccable. I have been a regular client of Jades for years, and yesterday visited for a very important reason. I had been growing my hair to donate to a family member who is undergoing treatment. There was no one else I would’ve gone too. I was looked after with love and care during this emotional time. Hayley chopped my hair for donation. Then transformed me from blonde to bright orange. I also had a steam and Indian head massage-WHICH WAS INCREDIBLE! I felt like I was at a spa!! Jade then finished my new bob to perfection!
