From the moment I arrived Hannah made me feel relaxed. Prior to my appointment I had a consultation with her and discussed what I was after. I was colour matched and I was not disappointed on the day! The colours matched to my hair was bang on! The whole appointment Hannah kept me informed on what she was doing. She is so easy to chat too. Once the extensions were fitted we then spoke about the cut. Hannah blended my hair so well that you couldn't tell which bits were my hair and which were the extension. Overall a great experience!

Great communication, talked me through step by step of how to maintain the hair and what to use. I Never felt rushed and she really took her time. very professional and always asked my opinion. Honestly I could not recommend training with this lady any more! As soon as I got there I was made to feel comfortable, I know doing 1-1 can sometimes make people more nervous, as all eyes are on you. I left feeling confident after just half a day training, she wouldn’t let me leave until I felt I could go away and do it alone, even if time went over. Her knowledge and skills are incredible. I’ve paid a lot more for courses and they have been no where near this informative or this relaxed. I will definitely be booking more. If you’re looking to have training, this is your lady!!
