after experiencing a very bad hair cut at another salon 3 weeks ago. I came to Changes and Claire looked after me and made me feel human again!! She did a fantastic job and i left feeling very happy!! Also, the young lady who washed my hair was brilliant, such a deep relaxing head masage. I will definitely recommend them ☺️

Really lovely hidden gem in Hemel Hempstead, had my hair and makeup done for my wedding party and they were just so lovely, would really recommend this place

The salon was lovely and Ruby was great and did my hair lovely I will defo book again when I’m next in town,

I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my extensions! Sophie is incredibly talented, professional, and such a lovely person. I came to her with thin hair and really low confidence, and thanks to her skill and support, I now absolutely love my hair and feel like the best version of myself. Not only does she work magic with hair, but she’s also so great to chat to… every appointment feels like therapy! She’s truly amazing.

I have been coming to Sophie for over 1 year now and she never disappoints! Sophie is so professional and knowledgable! I will always come to Sophie for my extensions!
