As always, Shana made me feel like an absolute princess. She somehow managed to fit so much into a four-hour appointment, doing a full retwist and adding extensions without ever making it feel rushed. I was a bit nervous since I’m still recovering from a broken leg, but she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, shifting things around so I’d feel at home. That kind of care really means a lot. My dreads have never looked cleaner, neater, or more natural. The extensions blended perfectly, I walked out feeling brand new and completely confident again. My daughter had the nanoplasty hair treatment, she is very very happy with the results. We were made to feel welcomed as soon as we arrived. The salon had a lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend Jazz, lovely lady and went above and beyond during the whole appointment.
