Absolutely wonderful experience, I got more than a cut and colour. I got offered a range of hot and cold drinks and I even got a little Christmas gift. Jo is so lovely, and did a brilliant job on my hair. I am delighted with it!

Jo was very thorough and delightful to chat with. We agreed on a style that suits my hair (a tendency to frizz), and she's done a lovely job cutting and blow-drying it. I can go out to lunch today with my head held high! Will definitely be back. Very convenient to pop in after a swim. And 10% off for being a gym member. What's not to like!

I had the best experience with Anna at Kalma salons Chester. I booked in for a nail tidy-up and a pedicure, and the whole appointment was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Anna was professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled — my nails have never looked better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality treatments. Can’t wait to come back again! ✨

Jo was brilliant. Made a receding 45 yr old man look 35 😁. Great hair cut and very responsive to book.

The Salon was only small, but it had that personal feel to it. Joanne was very friendly and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted doing with my hair by taking the time to chat to me beforehand. Although, I loved my hair and it was exactly what I wanted, the only downside was the price, I found it to be quite expensive. I won't be able to keep going to the same place due to the price.

Very stylish salon with a great atmosphere, from the moment you walk in you’re made to feel so welcome by Jo & Kirsty! Free parking & lots of refreshments on offer! If you’re there for a while having a colour you can even order a tasty lunch from Total Fitness cafe! Thanks to Jo for your expert advice in looking after my hair! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
