What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

I had my first piercing with Olive around 7 months ago and came back today to get my nose pierced. She is absolutely fantastic, talks you through the whole process and makes you feel so comfortable. Olive was fantastic, really put me at ease and talked through every step of what she was about to do and the piercing process, she checked multiple times how I was doing and made sure I was completely happy with everything before going ahead! Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable.
