Lauren is so lovely, honest and comforting the minute you walk through the door to the minute you leave. There’s no pressure with what to choose to have, there’s so many options and she explains everything so so well, from the fitting of hair to the aftercare. I knew I was going to love my hair but Lauren exceeded my expectations by a mile, I feel like princess. After suffering from hair loss/damage I lost confidence and was unhappy with my hair and extensions, not anymore :) Never been happier with my hair🫶🏼 Wouldn’t recommend anyone more. Thank you Lauren, you are SO talented.

Such a wonderful little hair salon. Always such a friendly, cheerful and cosy vibe, just what was needed on a cold January day. Kim coloured my roots and took great care getting my cut just as I wanted it, offering some helpful fringe advice. I would definitely recommend!

I first came to Lauren in 2022 and had a meshless integration system put in as I had alopecia areata and androgentic alopecia and wanted an option to cover up patches, Lauren was fantastic at pricing things up and letting me know which options were best for me. I had the system for a few months and my hair grew back so much on top I could just wear extensions and wow she’s just amazing at what she does! She’s also the most loveliest person and so down to earth. I travel all the way from Liverpool (2hours) to see her as she’s just the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, thank you Lauren Xx

I was a model for Lauren with the mesh. It’s the best thing I have ever had done. I was made to feel so welcome and gain a great understanding of what the process was and how to maintain it. The colour was a perfect match to my natural hair, I have never had so many compliments, my hair was so really thin and my confidence was shattered. To have this mesh in have me the confidence I needed. Lauren explained everything to me we always book all my maintenance appointments in advance so I know where we are at. Lauren’s skills are second to none when it comes to hair she is absolutely the best
