I had such a wonderful experience at Sass n Co Cheltenham. Ree, my stylist, was incredibly welcoming, as was the other team member working on Saturday. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. We took the time to talk through what I wanted to achieve, and I really appreciated the care and attention that went into the entire process. Fantastic service, Eamair gave me a beautiful copper colour! The salon itself was really bright and welcoming! I'm neurodivergent so sometimes salon environments can be a bit overwhelming but I felt comfortable my entire time at Sass.n.co. I highly recommend and can't wait to be back to get extensions! 😊😊😊

Cleo absolutely transformed my hair! Having had 2 sets of Keratin bond extensions for 7 months (from another salon) my hair was in poor condition, heaps of split ends, dull and ratty looking. I went in knowing I was going to have to chop off a fair bit and assumed I’d be feeling like a bald egg, I wasn’t expecting to leave with the SOFTEST, thickest, glossiest, most amazing hair. Cleo cut my hair into a blunt long bob that was the perfect length, suits me better than any haircut I’ve ever had. It is so healthy looking it actually has that reflective glossy halo. So in love. I always walk out of the salon feeling amazing. My hairdresser is incredibly talented, listens to exactly what I want, and somehow makes it even better. The colour, the cut, the styling — everything is done with so much care and skill. She creates such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I had an excellent experience with Santina. I came in wanting a complete change, and she completely delivered. Santina talked me through the whole process, kept the health of my hair in mind, and the final result is better than I imagined. Such a skilled and knowledgeable hairdresser.

Phoebe is excellent. It is easy to make an appointment, and the salon is light and bright. Phoebe is interesting to talk with while she cuts your hair efficiently and well. Highly recommended.

It was absolutely amazing. I’ve had a lot of blow waves in my time. This is one of the best!!! I have very thick long hair - she made it so smooth and no frizz! A very competent young Hairdresser and not to mention her friendliness. She was an absolute delight - so much so, that I’ve moved my next appointment so I can see her again!
