Sharnnie is AMAZING!!!!!! I was diagnosed with fibro over 6 years ago, instead of managing with a cocktail of pills l decided to look at my lifestyle. Reflexology is a recent discovery, Sharnnie is the only person l have been too, and will be the ONLY person l will EVER go to. Sharnnie is amazing. I was struggling with both mental and physical health and thought I’d give reflexology a go - I was honestly blown away by how well I responded. The night after my first session with Sharnnie, I had my record amount of ‘deep sleep’ stage on my Apple Watch which I’d had hardly any of. This was my second session with Tari. We are working on a long term problem in my neck, shoulders and upper back. Very professional, caring and effective massage, giving me relief from the pain I feel in this area. I will be continuing my treatments and then making sure I go for maintenance afterwards. The hot stones are a wonderful addition, providing a soothing effect. Highly recommended for relaxation.

Sharnnie is incredible at what she does. She has truly made a huge difference in my mental health recovery. She is kind, calm and understanding and makes you feel comfortable. She is very accommodating to my little requests: wearing my eye mask so I can relax, putting my heated and weighted blanket on me, putting my pillow behind my head, playing storm sounds on her iPad. I am not someone who is confident to ask for adjustments but Sharnnie makes me feel safe to. I would recommend her to anyone. 🩷

I visit weekly for full body massages and reflexology treatments. I find these therapies complimentary and beneficial to my physical and mental health wellbeing. Last week I indulged in another pampering session in preparation for a wedding. Once again I experienced a variety of other Treatments available, which I will no doubt be using in the near future. I suffer from several health conditions that impact on every aspect of my daily living conditions. These treatments give me pleasure and hope of facing another day. A couple of weeks ago I had my flu and covid injection. I was feeling a.lot of pain in the injection site. The following day after reflexology I was amazed the pain was no longer.
