My overall experience was good thanks. One thing to mention though is that the bed was lovely and toasty but the room was cold and i had a massage so at certain times during the massage i was getting very cold.

I had the most incredible head spa treatment! From the moment it started, I felt completely relaxed and cared for. The atmosphere was calming, the techniques was so soothing, and I left feeling refreshed, light, and rejuvenated. Honestly, it was pure bliss. Thank you so much Amber and Wendy ,it was really needed after the few weeks i had. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to unwind and treat themselves. Everyone needs it! Thank you so much BK and team for a wonderful spoil. Just think they should allocate designated therapist to one person - as the time management and personal was very confused - witch made us confused - and two of us - only receive full body massage on the back.

Ms Makaluza was excellent. Her pressure used with the Swedish massage was gentle yet effective. She was very professional, warm and sweet natured. She demonstrated passion for her job. I will definitely visit regularly as I lwas excited to learn that the salon is open on a Sunday as well.

Went for an Indian Head Massage, wasn't sure what to expect and was feeling a bit self conscious about my scalp eczema. However David was amazing, calming and very caring. I enjoyed my scalp massage so much, he really has a good aura and energy. I really enjoyed my session, I wish it could have have been an hour that's how good it was.. Am definitely going to go for another massage after two weeks. Really had a good experience 💐💐

The massage, staff and facilities itself is great. I think what would make it better is if your parking situation is just clearer to new clients. That they can park at BVI (but signs show parking is strictly for BVI). Then when you go up the stairs just some signs on how to navigate to your spa.
