Amazing services. An Indian head massage and a facial by Lorraine was much needed to feel relaxed and un stressed and less anxiety. It's worked no end as now I feel so amazing and relaxed. Usually after an Indian head massage I don't snore at night. So fingers crossed I don't. Also I'd love another tropical facial again in the future. Lorraine is highly recommended by myself.

I had the Simply Natural Facial and scalp massage with an added on hand and arm massage and it was divine. I was immersed into a whole new level of relaxation and came away smelling divine from the beautiful essential oils used. Highly recommend and will book again soon!! I feel thoroughly nourished. After two “interesting” weeks, I knew I was run down but I didn’t realise how close I was to the brink of exhaustion. I walked out of Applewood after a hot stone massage and Indian head massage thoroughly revitalised and ready to face whatever the coming days and weeks might bring with a re-found vigour and an air of positivity. Amber genuinely cares about your experience! I was experiencing discomfort in my neck and lower head from TMJ and stress so I booked the 30 min back, neck and shoulder massage. Amber made sure to pay extra attention to the areas I was experiencing discomfort and wow. Will 100% be coming back!! Can’t recommend her enough!

Really calming treatment, Lisa is lovely and friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Worth noting that the treatment doesn’t include the full scalp due to the position of the head not an issue just something I hadn’t condidered

I have now been to see Mark 3 times in recent weeks - each session is giving me more relief from the neck and head pain I have been experiencing. Also Mark has provided me with some simple but effective exercises to try at home. Work in progress but I truly feel I am turning a corner under his guise.
