Chelle is excellent. Her knowledge of the human body is incredible and she has the magic touch. Perfect experience for relieving stress and tension levels, comfortable relaxed venue. So important to take time for your holistic well being. The back massages are preventing my back from being in pain by a mixture and light and hard massage to take out all the knots and the lymphatic drainage massage is class. Excellent experience with Adam. I have been getting treatment from October 25 for ongoing lower back pain. After it cleared up with Adam’s help I decided to make it a monthly check up with Adam to help with any issues in my back neck and shoulders to keep away the pain and tension and stay on top of things. Honestly can’t recommend Adam highly enough he does a superb job and I feel a lot better after every treatment 5*****

Debbie is a very knowledgeable therapist. She explained everything she was doing and how each movement was beneficial for my body which was very interesting to me. She was checking on my comfort and most people like peace on their sessions but poor Debbie had to put up with me nattering the whole way through. Very enjoyable experience.
