Promised myself a proper treatment from a long summer of work and it certainly didn’t disappoint! The massage itself was amazing and I was made to feel very comfortable from beginning to end. Lou is very in tune with what she is doing and helped me feel relaxed and cared for throughout. I’m already booked onto the next! Definitely recommend :)

She quickly identified areas that needed attention and gave specific, practical advice on some niggles and potential issues. Friendly, professional, and easy to chat to throughout. Highly recommended if you're looking for someone who really understands the demands of running and sport.

Fabulous Swedish massage- in the beauty room of a barbers (and also judging by the reviews more used to male clients) but I thoroughly enjoyed my massage- Dewi has thumbs of steel and knows how to use them- he was the first massage professional who has noted some long term issues with my spine- and he worked out all my knots. You can tell he has a lot of experience and it was a lovely therapeutic massage. I would highly recommend him and will be back!
