Just moved to the area and had my first massage today, it was fabulous! the service was lovely, rooms are clean, spacious and private and the massage was exactly what I needed. The cup of tea at the end was very refreshing. I’ll definitely come back, thank you !

Such a relaxing time! Thank you for an amazing spa experience. Looking forward to coming back. I have also passed on some feedback that I would prefer a hand head massage over a scalp massager, however thats my personal preference. I did find the scalp massaging tool really increased my scalp circulation!

I had the best lymphatic drainage massage treatment I’ve ever experienced at Cryospa! It was just a few days before my fitness competition, and the results were incredible. The treatment helped reduce bloating and left me feeling lighter and more refreshed. The staff was knowledgeable and professional, making the entire experience relaxing and effective. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking for detox, recovery, or general wellness support. Will definitely be coming back!

After flying in had a few hours to kill before meeting my daughter for AC/DC. Pre booked, Ref: 2329FF39 easy process. Had a Hot Towel Head Shave followed by a Traditional Hot Towel Wet Shave. My guru was Jireh and she did not disappoint. Fromm the moment the oil hit my head through to the moment she finished the entire experience was amazing, the face shave was so good that with the towel over my eyes i fell asleep and apologised for snoring haha. If in Sydney will definetly go back again. Will also be booking same experiences in the Melb store.

A very high standard of manicures. The technicians use the Russian style machines to smooth the cuticles. One of the best manicures I have had in Sydney.

I had the most amazing headspa treatment here! The atmosphere was incredibly calming, and the staff were so professional and welcoming. The scalp massage and cleansing left me feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. It was the perfect way to unwind—highly recommend if you're looking for a truly rejuvenating experience!

Classic mani pedi is fine. Massage is short and not very luxurious. Feels like most regular salons and not a spa experience. The interiors are lovely though and the staff all seem friendly.

As usual, this was an incredible experience. From talking through what procedures wanted with Bonnie and then her arranging for me to get an appointment on the one day that I was in Sydney this month, to spending time with the wonderful Mandy again, everything was exceptional. I am an overseas customer and being able to have a meaningful communication prior to booking. The appointment was really important to me. You all did this beautifully. Most importantly, perhaps was Mandy. Who did my procedure. I did Thermage for face and eyes, and her technique was brilliant.

My skin and hair felt amazing after the experience but also the next day! I was half asleep during the experience at a point there, which speaks levels of relaxation. I just wished I had grabbed some of the skin moisturiser that they used at the end of the treatment (if any was available to buy). Thank you so much!
