Today was my last Reiki session, for a while, I had a sad but great experience, holding onto something that I've kept to myself for many years. Today I let go of it & that is down to Darcia, she held me & I felt safe to release my problems, Darcia has helped me in so many ways, and I can't thank her enough, she has a gift. Very understanding & very trustworthy to tell her anything. I am now so relaxed & more myself. This was my first experience of reflexology and I wasn’t sure how it would work but it was lovely- really relaxing.

Absolutely wonderful relaxing Reflexology session. Very impressed with the treatment again which was in the lovely calming treatment room. Feel very revived and cared for and Jeanne has a really good manner which eases you into it. Thank you again and I will be back for more!
