I've been coming here for infrared sauna and red light therapy for over a year, and it has become a vital part of managing a chronic illness. The bed was so warm and comfortable - a grounding sheet and a crystal maze really did its magic on me. The addition of Reiki and reflexology elevated the whole experience. My sister and I had truly beautiful, relaxing and calming experience and the same can be said about the environment. Ellie made us feel so very comfortable and safe. Her and Claire’s kindness was deeply appreciated as my emotions took a hold of me and tears flowed. Claire did the most amazing foot and leg massage.
