Had a amazing facial done by Claire . She was informative in what she was doing throughout the facial. When she used the steam , she made sure that it wasn't to hot and that I was okay. My skin feels amazing and will definitely be back for another facial!

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

The massage was incredible. Maya’s hands are healing. I was in desperate need of some nurturing and stress relief. My entire back and neck were in spasm and my mind spinning. I read the reviews and honestly, she is exactly how they say. I left breathing deeply, calmly and rhythmically. I feel quietly restored and my heart at peace. Beautiful salon with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. This was my first time visiting this salon, and I had a great experience. What I liked most was how it was focused on my stress points instead of just doing a general massage. Claire paid attention to where I had tension and worked on those areas, which really helped me relax. I left feeling much better than when I arrived. Overall, a simple and effective massage. I would definitely go back.

I had such an amazing experience with Olwethu for my face wax. She is truly warm, kind and so lovely. From the moment I lay down, she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. What stood out the most was how she kept the conversation flowing the entire time. It honestly felt like a therapy session where I could talk, laugh and just be myself. She completely took my mind off the wax, and I didn’t feel the usual soreness at all. That’s how good she is at what she does. I left feeling relaxed, happy and well taken care of.
