It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I just love the girls at ugly bettys. They are all so friendly, welcoming and amazing at what they do. Today I had reflexology and a hot stone massage from Chloe - I left there feeling super relaxed and like I was walking on air. I also had acrylic nail infills with Hailey who always does brilliant nail art for me which gets compliments from many people I meet.

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. I have a shoulder injury which has been causing me issues with my upper back and neck. Martine knew exactly where to work and her techniques just seemed to dissolve the issues over the hour. First time using this salon. Ellie was excellent and explained the hot stone massage method. Treatment was simply divine. Have already booked next visit.

Had a hot stone massage and Indian head massage with Marlena today. She listened to all my needs and issues and made it a wonderful, relaxing, bespoke experience. Beautiful calming room and atmosphere. Highly recommend

Today I had my second Neogen plasma treatment with Bella, her skills and professionalism are abundant, she is attentive and warm and I'd highly recommend seeing her! She listens and has a lovely manner, I'm looking forward to seeing my results and my third treatment in 4 weeks!
