It was great. I received a warm and friendly welcome as soon as I got there. The therapist that did my treatment was lovely, she actively initiated conversation which made me feel more comfortable and put me at ease. I was very happy with the results of my treatment as the therapist was extremely thorough, it felt like it had taken no time at all.

Incredible experience with both my wax with Cam and also my lashes from Georgia! Could not be happier and with the results, how comfortable I felt especially for waxing on my first visit, I felt like I had known Cam forever and could have chatted to her for days, such a beautiful, interesting and strong lady! My lashes with Georgia, she did the best job, exactly how I described them, she was so lovely too even though it’s not a treatment you really chat in, but I felt totally confident I was going to get great results and I did! I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well.
