I had an amazing sports massage with Alex and can’t recommend her enough. She has excellent knowledge from her training at Bournemouth University, and it really shows in her approach. The pressure was absolutely perfect, especially on my glutes, which felt like they’d needed that release my whole life! Alex gave me brilliant aftercare advice too, which I really appreciated. Her home studio is such a lovely, welcoming space, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and well looked after. I have booked all of my appointments for the rest of the year because she is fantastic.

The most incredible hot stone massage. The treatment felt completely bespoke, and Karen intuitively knew exactly where to focus. Her techniques were amazing, and I could feel how skilled she is throughout. I know I dozed off at one point, but it was that perfect kind of sleep where I was still in tune with the massage, not completely zonked out. Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I suffer with ankylosing spondylitis and osteoarthritis, and regular sessions with her have made a huge difference to my pain levels and mobility. She instinctively knows where my problem areas are and works on them with just the right amount of pressure — firm, focused, and always effective. Each appointment leaves me feeling looser, lighter, and able to move more freely. I genuinely look forward to our sessions because I know I’ll walk out feeling so much better than when I arrived. Alex is the best!
