It is always a great experience at Lannna’s! She strikes the perfect balance between loosening muscles and knots and relaxing massage. Some places have you feeling beat up after you leave, but not there. It is an hour of heaven once a week for me. There is no one better in Manchester.

Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage with Katie to help manage histamine intolerance and mast cell activation syndrome symptoms on holistically. Katie is lovely and very professional she talked me through the process and explained how the massage would work, how I would feel then gave tips for after care. The massage was very gentle and soothing which was what my body needs. I felt very relaxed when I got home and slept really well whereas other massages like deep tissue and Swedish have left me feeling stimulated and very sore the next day.

Wow what can I say, I’ve had massages before but this was something else, thing is it wasn’t a massage it was a relaxation hour ASMR to perfection, honestly from start to finish Georgia made me feel welcome, calm & mainly relaxed .. I suffer with ADHD & anxiety so I was very skeptical of how I was going to be during the hour here but I was so relaxed I fell asleep 🥹 highly recommended & I will definitely be booking again!! Thank you so much!!! 🫶🏼

Being a make up artist I’m always on my feet and they were burning!! Came to Marina Salon for a hot oil foot massage by Sumaiya and it was just what I needed I can feel my feet again. I had an amazing experience at Roukh Thai Wellness in Prestwich. Nora is highly skilled and very professional. She gave one of the best deep tissue and hot stone massages I’ve had in Manchester. Her technique and understanding of muscle tension and pressure points were excellent. The deep tissue, hot stones, and stretching helped release tightness in my back and shoulders. The place is clean, calm, and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and much lighter. Highly recommend Nora.

I’m having the best experience at Contour Club Wilmslow! I’m seeing Kat for post-op lymphatic drainage massages, and she is absolutely brilliant. The fact that she’s a nurse puts my mind at ease straight away. I feel completely confident that I’m in safe, expert hands. Kat is incredibly knowledgeable, but also so warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. She explains everything in a really clear, down to-earth way, and makes each session feel relaxed and comfortable. Her technique is amazing, and I notice a real difference after every visit
