Angela is incredibly gifted and talented, she is 100% professional in every aspect , providing service of the highest quality. Today was my first visit with Angela ,after being treated by my family to ombre/ powder permanent brows. I can honestly say it was the most relaxing and wonderful experience I have ever received.
