Had an amazing experience with Amiena, she's very welcoming, punctual, professional and friendly, I cannot recommend her enough. Amiena kept constant communication with me about my appointment, cut my hair so nicely and did my manicure (impeccable job) may i add that she is so gentle with her touch and has attention to detail. I had a wonderful experience with my manicure and pedicure treatment. The staff that did the treatments were friendly and made us feel comfortable. However, I had a brow thread and tint booked and was told that the staff member called in sick, so they unfortunately had no one to do it. Either I wait 40 minutes or more for the only staff member able to do it. Which I felt was ridiculous and disappointing since I was there before the other customers and especially came to that branch for the brow and tint service, as it is not offered at all branches.
