Lili is very professional. Always on time and does the best BIAB Nails in Chingford. I prefer her one to one service any day to the high street shops. Her Spotify selection is also always on point 🥰

Simply one of the best. You’re greeted by Rosie who knows everyone’s names and instantly made to feel at home. It’s hands down one of my favourite places.

A wonderful massage overall, I felt super relaxed following and during. Some small details missing which I’m used to (and are usually standard): - therapist didn’t introduce her name or ask for mine, would have helped in making the experience a little more personal - massage was lovely but did feel a little rushed in places. Therapist didn’t do the same things to different sides (probably just a personal thing - I hate my body feeling uneven) - I’ve never before ended a massage and not been offered a glass of water. It felt rushed at the end which is a shame considering I felt so relaxed.

Melissa is amazing, such a great facial. I feel so relaxed and my skin feels so hydrated.
