I felt so upset I half thought about cancelling. I went ahead with the appointment and I am so glad I did. Rebecca was so reassuring and understanding and made me feel so at ease. Really impressed with the service, it was bellas first time being groomed and she is a timid dog but came back to find her looking great and asleep on the floor which she only does if she feels safe.
