My service with Artem was great! He noticed I was super nervous and he was super nice, very professional and gentle. My eyebrows came out exactly how I wanted. What a great experience as usual. I went in for a cut and blowdry but after arriving I decided I'd like to get highlights as well. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. My highlights are very natural and so beautiful. The color she picked compliments my skin tone and natural hair perfectly. The haircut is gorgeous. Exactly what I asked for. I am so grateful for the time & effort she put into my hair. Thank you so much!

I wasn’t able to get a manicure before my trip to NYC and was hoping to find a good Russian manicure so that when I went back to my normal girl she wasn’t fixing anyone’s work. My manicurist was excellent and my nails are back in perfect shape. I know my normal girl will be happy to see that my nails have been well loved while I was away.

Great experience! I’ve never had my brows laminated or tinted and Alina was so gentle and kind throughout the entire process. I had no references to what I wanted and told her I trusted her the whole way and she created a nice natural shape for me that I never knew I had. Highly recommend for a relaxing environment and great service :)

Anna was gentle and showed me two different ways my brows can be in one session. She laminated, shaped then tinted. I originally requested a natural look which is exactly what I got. Then I wanted a little fuller look so she put a few more spots of tint and OH MY GOD, PERFECTION. When I come back again I’m going to try going with natural— just to see how they wear. Anna is superb. Her attention to detail and kindness made the appointment next level. Also, the front desk reception was kind and the bed I laid on is unbelievably comfortable

Ainur took SUCH great care of me today! I had never been to this salon, but decided to come since I saw great reviews online. I showed Ainur images of what I wanted (icy blonde underlights and a face framing highlight) and she was so open and happy to help me achieve this look! My natural hair color is about a 1B/2N. I also had box dyed the bottom half of my hair blonde. It was uneven and darker than I wanted. Ainur worked on my hair for 5 hours! Carefully checking the bleach and reapplying as needed. Once finished, both other clients at the salon complimented my hair! I couldn't be happier!

Grace is amazing when it comes to applying lashes. She is the best n NYC! Also excellent manicures(very creative) and pedicures.

I came in as a walk-in appointment and was immediately accommodated. Haddy did my lashes and I was so cozy underneath a little fuzzy blanket they gave me. I thought that the service was very quick and my technician was sweet, making sure I was comfortable. I brought a friend along and she was happy because there was plenty of instagrammable spots in the salon. I can't wait to come back. My natural lashes are long so I think she did a great job making me look a bit more "extra".
