I have been coming to Irana for over a year now, and I could not recommend her service enough. Not only is she a sweet lady who will chat to you and get to know you, but she also met my high expectations for nails. She always checks in with me, at every step to ensure that I am happy with the nails. She will try out different colours, explore different options to find what works for you the best. Would thoroughly recommend her!! See you soon Irana!

Saskia is great. She gave me really good advice and guidance about hairstyle when I asked and I LOVE my new hair. I didnt get the name of the staff who washed my hair but this is the second time shes done it and both times she was friendly and really conscientious. So glad I came back to Boilerhouse Ouseburn. Spot on everytime.

I love my new autumnal nails! Amy was helpful and really patient whilst I was picking a gel colour. She was detailed with the shape of my nails, added lots of layers to make the gel strong and gave me a hand massage afterwards! Thank you 😊

This was my first time at the Boilerhouse Jesmond as I usually go to the Ouseburn store, but it was great! I had a balayage and blowdry and all of the team was so helpful throughout, I couldn’t have asked for anymore!

Leanne is amazing my nails are fab every time, brows always look amazing, she so caring but also honest and truthful which I love. Fantastic experience would definitely recommend.

Excellent cut and colour with experienced hairstylist. However your communications leave a lot to be desired as major difficulties contacting the salon and travelled from Ryton to Ouseburn to make thesaud appointment.
