I love Phoebe!!! She is the best lash tech I’ve ever been to and even though I’ve moved to West Auckland, I travel all the way to Manukau just to see her for my lashes. She’s always considerate of her customers, when I was fully pregnant, she still did my lashes and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She’s also an understanding and attentive person, she knows what’s best for you lash-wise if you don’t have a clue (like me). I’ve come back to her every time and have never been disappointed.
