My treatment was great, the only annoyance was I booked this appointment in November, the appointment was changed by the salon in January to a date that did not suit so I changed it to early Saturday. This was then changed due to staff unavailability to an afternoon appointment. This in turn led to all car parks and high street parking areas being full. I had to park some distance away and walk in heavy rain. I know these things are unavoidable at times but I booked my original date as I was off work that day

Maddi is friendly, knowledgeable and has a nice setup. I probably should have communicated that I wanted firmer pressure and less oil, but otherwise it was a good experience.

I had the bespoke facial, Jasmin asked me what I wanted to achieve with the treatment, which was gentle deep cleansing and I must say it was among the best treatments I have had, having travelled worldwide on the best cruise liners available., alongside London and Cheshire top rated clinics. Will definitely rebook for every two months alternating with a firming facial, so I have a monthly facial. Lovely products, my skin feels totally hydrated and relaxed.

I booked a manicure and was really pleased to be called and told they were running a promotion throughout April and that I could tag a massage on for a very reduced price .. oh my God! Amazing! I feel so relaxed. The massage was literally amazing - a heated bed, and a therapist who knew exactly where the knots were and how to get rid of them! Followed by a spa manicure and new gel nails. I feel totally relaxed and pampered .. thank you team!

Another amazing experience which again was completely customised to what my skin needed! With acne the products are always tailored to me and are great for sensitive skin- Plus the LED face mask was amazing!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at inner Glow! The facial was nothing short of amazing – my skin has never felt so refreshed and rejuvenated. The highlight, however, was the incredible head massage that accompanied the treatment. It was so relaxing and soothing, truly elevating the entire experience.
