Incredible experience from the minute I walked in the door. My therapist Emma was fantastic. Very knowledgable and attentive. Explained all the elements of my facial before we went to the treatment room (while having a foot soak, massage and a herbal tea) so I could just relax and enjoy the experience. I would definitely recommend!

I had such a great experience getting my brows laminated! The salon itself was beautiful—clean, welcoming, and had such a relaxing vibe. This experience far exceeded my expectations. I booked the Bespoke Facial through ClassPass and it was hands down the best facial I have ever received. The neck, head and shoulder massage included was incredible. You really get the best of both worlds with a facial, massage and also the LED light therapy too. My visit to Misaki Spa in South Melbourne was outstanding. The experience was relaxing, professional, and far beyond what I expected. The steam treatment was a real highlight and the combination of the foot and leg massage, the hand and arm massage, and the neck and shoulder massage released so much tension. The hair wash, facial, and mask made the treatment feel complete and genuinely restorative. The therapists were skilled, attentive, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout. I walked out feeling renewed, calm, and deeply relaxed. I highly recommend Misaki Spa to anyone.
