Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

What ever treatment I have done with Lauren I always feel comfortable and relaxed. Would and have recommended the treatment rooms to friends and family . Had eyebrow shape and eye lash lift and tint today fab results. Next treatment is a pedicure, I've had one before and my feet felt amazing . Can't wait
