I had my lashes done last year for the first time ever by another lady. It wasn't a great experience and half the lashes fell out within 5 days! It put me off trying again. However after persuasion from my friend I looked for a new lash technician. I found Georgia. She understood my concerns and put me at ease as soon as she responded. The appointment felt like chatting to an old friend and I was very pleased with the results. I forgot about maintenance so checked with Georgia via text and she messaged me back with advice. I would recommend her 100%!! Her lashes have great retention as well.

Megan is amazing! She’s always reliable, super friendly, and makes me feel comfortable every time. She listens to exactly what I want and always delivers perfect results. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my lashes!

My 2nd visit to ‘The Beauty Lounge with Alex’ . The 2nd of 3 treatments I’ve treated myself for my birthday last week. Brows & lashes today. Feeling completed relaxed and so delighted with my new look. Feeling a completely woman, standing taller and delighted to have tried something completely new, with fab results.! Highly recommend The Beauty Lounge - spotlessly clean, professional & relaxed experience for some “me time” with huge range of treatments on offer. I always enjoy my visits to Heidi, and this time was no exception! I was originally booked in for a lash lift and tint, but I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary eyebrow wax. It’s the little touches like this that make the experience even more special. Heidi is always professional, friendly, and meticulous in her work. It was my first time getting microneedling done. It was a great experience, friendly environment, everything was explained well and the procedure was not nearly as painful as I thought. I would definitely be going back for another session of microneedling.

Amazing shellac manicure with Alex, my 4 week old nails from my last appointment were hanging in there- just a lot of regrowth! I always have the plexigel too which I find really helpful helping my nails last longer as I’m quite heavy handed!

Really goid experience and great lashes

Had a great experience with Kaleigh at The Brow and Beauty Box. As I was a first timer for nails and lashes, Kaleigh was great at answering all my questions. Nails and lashes look brilliant and I would definitely recommend!

I’ve never had lash extensions before and I love my new look! I had a relaxing afternoon with Georgia, she’s so friendly and easy to chat to. Definitely going back and highly recommend!
