I absolutely adore Phoenix! She is extremely talented and professional! I wouldn't let anyone else near my lashes because she's the absolute best and I've been to quite a few over the years. It's more than just a treatment for me; I really look forward to our little chats and my cosy warm little sleeps because I'm sooooo relaxed! My lashes look amazing all the way to up to seeing Phoenix for my refills and sometimes with my work schedule that can be 4 weeks and they are still full and fluffy! I could go on!! 10/10 every time and I can't wait to see how far this beaut talented little lady goes!

This time I had a lash lift and tint and this was done with great care and attention to detail, and I was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality beauty services.

Chelsea was absolutely incredible! So relaxing, professional and perfectly delivered the best hot stone massage and luxury facial. My daughter also had a facial and thoroughly enjoyed. We are frequent spa goers and this was 100/10 for quality, experience and outcome! When we travel again from London we will visit for more treatments! It was the perfect gift of wellbeing to have! I suffer with fibro myalgia and serve anemia which causes me to bruise very easily, but Carly was great. And has good knowledge about it. I experienced very little bruising and she really helped with the tension in my shoulders and neck. I feel like a new me will definitely be back next time I'm in Weymouth.
