I cannot recommend Emma enough!! She is the loviest person and made me feel at ease straight away! I have just left after having a 2 hour pamper session (massage and facial) and feel like a new person!!! I booked in last minute and she was able to accommodate me, asked and listened to my needs! It was my first time today and am really pleased, I've had my eye brows tinted and shaped. As a 56 year old, they really needed some filling in and the tint has achieved a much fuller brow without being dark. I shall definitely be going back : )

I had my first visit today and I am absolutely over the moon! My eyelashes look so much better and the lash lift and tint I had was done so well. Shannon went through everything she was doing to keep me informed and we had a good chinwag while I was having it done. Will definitely be a regular there now!

I had a lash lift and tint done at flow aesthetics and I was so impressed with the whole experience. Shannon was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable, being lovely and chatty, and talking me through the process as I hadn't had this treatment before. The treatment room was a very clean and relaxing environment. I am so happy with the results of the lift! I would definitely recommend flow, great treatments delivered by lovely, genuine people, I will definitely be using them in the future. ☺️

10 out of 10! Harriet’s done it again, my nails are a-maz-ing, they are so sparkly and well done, she is soo good at nails. They are perfect and beautiful, genuinely could not be happier. I love going to the nail bar, I have such a lovely experience and wonderful time chatting and I can’t believe it’s only the second time I’ve had my nails done ever, I feel so looked after and comfortable getting them done! I truly hope Harriet does nails for a long time cus I don’t ever want to work with anyone else 😂

Easy and comfortable experience with Shannon. First time having both a brow wax and a lash lift and tint -- which has now encouraged me to get it regularly in the future. Calming familiar music, great conversation and the process was explained in detail throughout.
