Jade ran through everything before and during the appointment. She was very attentive and gave good after care advice (thank god it was also on a card which you can take away too!). Jade’s really easy to chat to as well. My brows and lashes are amazing for my holiday! Cannot fault her ☺️

My first time into Krystal’s clinic, it’s beautiful relaxing and cosy. I wanted something abit different with my brows but not to over the top. My experience was amazing not only is she amazing at her work but she doesn’t rush and listens and waits till you are satisfied with the results. The transformation of my brows is speechless and I finally have my dream brows. Even though I have only been a couple of times with her it’s like I have known her forever she is amazing to talk to and is a great laugh to be with. No need for a therapist.
